Who said gaming didn’t cure anything? Well according to UK Researchers a few rounds of Tetris can help you out with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).

So for those who’ve been a victim of getting t-bagged on XBL and now suffering from PTSD, no problem! Just pick up your copy of Tetris and your “flashbacks” will get better in no time. How is this possible well scientists explains that the game helps disrupt the laying down of memories and compete for the brain’s resources for sensory information. How on earth did they come up with that? Well Oxford University decided to show a film to 40 healthy humans and no it wasn’t Bambi. They showed the group a film which had various of traumatic images and injuries.

After the movie only half of the group was allowed to play Tetris while the rest did nothing. The results…drum roll please!…after a week of reporting and recording the groups flashbacks, the half that played Tetris suffered less trauma then the other half of the group. Go figure? Finally after two days of sleepless night and abusing my Xbox 360 controller (I literally screamed at it!) I finally finished the freaking game! I really felt like I was part of the era and the scary part was I really enjoyed torching everyone in sight! Which afterwards it made me think hmmmm….does this happens when your in the line of duty? After killing or torching people do you break away from the reality that they are human and become an object that you have to kill? hmmmm freaky huh! Anyways back to the game …. It Totally Rocks! I wanted to finish the game before going into multi player but you know how that goes! NOT! lol my buddy Jav (SFX360 co-founder) probably is shaking his head at me right now seeing he is one of those gamers that Will Not play multi until he finishes the game…WHATEVER!..lol.. So now I can feel guilty free to play multi player especially this sunday with the rest of the SFX360 members on XBL!

So if I was to sum up the game… Heart Throbbing,…Killing Spree…Mental Damaging…Satified Activision client!

(I’m sure my fans and stalkers are happy) Well I finally got this page up and running getting myself comfortable with all the gidgets (no I didn’t spell it wrong “New Word ala LadyJ”) I guess this is where I bleed my heart and soul and type sweet geekness into your sensual monitors. So how you like it so far? Whatcha think about my blog theme pretty cool huh? Not too crazy about the Chevrolet keys but hey at least I have an iphone. hmmm looking for smiley faces but nope nada…zip…need to improvise I guess. ohhh coolness I have colors though.. how ya like this color? or this one? this can work as well or better yet…soft…nevermind its too faint…this one is screaming help! For some reason I’m really liking orange lately.
